Customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred to re-ship an order due to incorrect address entry. Shipping method used is USPS Priority Shipping. In most cases, packages will arrive in 3 -5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. ***PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 14-16 DAYS FOR PRE-ORDERS*** Every effort will be made to ship orders same day received. Orders placed after 12:00 noon Central Time will ship the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will ship out on Monday. Many of the products sold by Unravel Hair Loss are temperature sensitive and can be damaged during the extreme summer heat.  In order to ensure your order is free of damage, temperature-sensitive products will only ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.  This is required to ensure orders are not sitting in non-climate control facilities during shipping. All other products that are not affected by temperature will ship Monday-Friday as normal.


At Unravel we take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of the products we sell we are unable to accept returns unless an error was made on our part or if the product arrived damaged, in which case we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of receiving product. This includes receiving the wrong product, or the wrong size of product ordered.  We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receiving it.  If items are damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 business days, ship items back within 14 days of receiving.  Please take a photo of your damaged package or goods and email us at, please include your name and order number. If your package arrives damaged please contact us immediately.
